A Letter From Founder Mark Meahl
I’m Mark Meahl, the founder of Garden View, established in 1978. Since our inception over four decades ago, our commitment has remained unwavering: to excel in all aspects of our work. This entails delivering exceptional value to our customers by providing reliable services, top-quality craftsmanship, and competitively priced nursery stock.
Our journey to our present stature has been guided by a relentless pursuit of improvement. We firmly believe that continuous enhancement knows no bounds. Every project, no matter how exceptional, isn’t considered complete until we’ve thoroughly assessed how we can improve our processes, safety, and efficiency.
While we operate across multiple specialized divisions, the true heart of our business lies in our dedicated team. Five of our senior managers have been with Garden View for over 25 years, and more than half of our entire workforce has been part of our family for over 15 years.

13-Acre Wholesale & Retail Nursery
Serves as a premier grower supplying commercial landscapers while remaining fully open to the public. Stocks over 1,000 plant varieties, specimen trees, pottery, and offers flatbed delivery & planting.
HOA & Estate Landscape Maintenance
Delivers horticulturally proficient landscape care for HOAs and large estates. Incorporates central office water monitoring technology and is actively transitioning toward zero-emission electric fleets.

We take immense pride in the 130+ awards bestowed upon Garden View by the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA). Unlike typical consumer votes, CLCA awards are judged on-site by industry peers who rigorously evaluate engineering, plant health, masonry precision, and long-term durability.
In addition to craftsmanship, we lead the industry in water conservation technology—monitoring smart irrigation systems from our central office—and are actively deploying zero-emission electric maintenance fleets across Southern California.
