About Us

I’m Mark Meahl, the founder of Garden View, established in 1978. Since our inception, our commitment has remained unwavering: to excel in all aspects of our work. This entails delivering exceptional value to our customers by providing reliable services, top-quality craftsmanship, and competitively priced products.

Our journey to our present stature has been guided by a relentless pursuit of improvement. We firmly believe that continuous enhancement knows no bounds. Every project, no matter how exceptional, isn’t considered complete until we’ve thoroughly assessed how we can improve our processes and efficiency.

Garden View is a family business. Julie Meahl joined the company in 1982, overseeing our nursery. Blake Meahl, who initially worked in the Gardening Division, now serves as our Operations Manager and company CFO and is my partner in running the company. Tyler Meahl manages our Systems and IT while also developing and continually improving processes, while Toni Meahl leads our Educational Department. However, the true heart of our family lies in our dedicated, long-term employees. Five of our managers have been with Garden View for over 25 years, and half of our workforce has been part of our family for more than 15 years.

Garden View stands as a comprehensive outdoor construction, swimming pool construction, nursery, and landscape maintenance company.

Our Construction department primarily operates as a Design/Build unit, seamlessly integrating all aspects of outdoor construction, pool construction, hardscaping, and landscaping under one roof.

The Nursery serves as a wholesale grower, supplying other nurseries and landscapers while also being open to the public. Here, customers can select from a vast array of trees and plants, with the option for our teams to handle installation.

The Landscape Maintenance Division is committed to delivering high-quality, horticulturally proficient landscape maintenance services, primarily for HOAs and discerning clients. We employ advanced technology for water conservation, with all systems being closely monitored from our central office. We are heading towards all electric fleets with a few crews “electrified now”

We take immense pride in the 100+ awards bestowed upon us by the California Landscape Contractors Association. Our peers, who visit our job sites for evaluation, assess every aspect of our work.
